Unbelievable traction!
I started out on a knobby, bounced from model to model and landed squarely on a trials tire. It was the cat's meow as it added to your rear suspension and hooked up on everything including sand! Somewhere along the way, I decided to try a knobby again and enjoyed blasting berms at a MX track. One sleepless night, I had an epiphany. "You must go back to a trials tire son!" And so I did, never looking back.

The GOOD:

1. They hook up so well on wet or dry roots, rocks, logs, boulders, sand and shale that you can effortlessly wheelie over any obstacle.

2. They add about 1" of travel to your rear suspension soaking up the nastiest of trail trash.

3. They last forever compared to knobby. Don't be surprised to be going over the 1000 mile mark!

4. They hook up just well new as they do well worn.

5. They corner amazingly well.

The BAD:

1. You have to get used to how the tire reacts to braking around corners and especially on steep mushy down hills.

2. They do not work very well in mud. You have to clear out the tire with a blip or two of the throttle from time to time.

3. They do not like high speed asphalt runs and will throw know knobbies.

Best climbing tires ever !!!!!!!!!!
I primarily do hare scrambles and woods riding in the northeast. these tires are the bomb !!! they are great in almost every aspect of riding around here. Hills are a breeze the tires stick like glue and last longer than knobby's as well. cant say enough about them.

Great Tire
This is a great trail or trials tire. I run it on my enduro bike with a tube and on my trials bike without a tube. The only issue is that it takes a lot of pressure to seat the bead. Putting the tire in the sun really helps. Lasts all season riding trails and gives a nice cushy ride. Climbs hills with ease.
