Best tire
My bike is a 1992 FLHTCU I have gone through more tires than I can remember. This tire is the best I have ever put on. It tracks over grates, tar strips and cracks like the are not there. Will buy again

Great tire fantastic price
The Dunlop Elite 3 works great on my V-rod.. I got 6000 miles of wear with fairly agressive riding. Probably could've gotten another 1000 miles, but I prefered to put a new one on for the start of the riding season. I handles great in corners & works really well in rain for how wide it is. Dennis Kirk has the BEST price & fast shipping.. I'm extremely happy with the tire & the purchase.

Eliminates 95% of the pulling from the road
I have been using these tires since they became available. I would really have to be impressed by another tire to switch. I get 12,000 to 14,000 miles on the front before the ware marks start to surface. I weight 250 and ride alone most of the time. I found that I can reduce cupping by running 43 Lbs. air pressure in the front tire on my 91, 1500I. I put 10,000 to 14,000 miles on my bike a year; ride in all weather conditions, except ice and snow and I am really impressed with the ware, handling and corning these tires provide. In the past I've run Avon,Michelin,Pirelli, Bridgestone,Kenda and Continental on Harley's and Wings. If someone has tried the Elite 3's and found something that rides better, wares better and holds the road better, in both wet and dry conditions, please let me know. One exception...Be very careful on wet tar strips...breaking and/or accelerating. I've almost had an issue a couple of times in the rain.

29,000-30,000 miles on my last set of E3's
I love these tires, after over 29,000 of mostly 2 up riding last year the rear held up great. I will admit that it did cup at the end but what can you say for that many miles on a m.c tire. Tire code dates have always been good from Dennis Kirk, not old stock like some.

best purchase ever
the ride on my Harley Rocker c is superb, I only have 500 miles on my tire and has unbelievable traction in the rain and around corners. So far I'm very delighted with my purchase with Dennis Kirk, Shipping was right on the time is was supposed to be. You can''t deal with a better company with Prices, Quality, and Shipment. I also recommend Nitrogen in your tires, they will run cooler, tread will last longer and tire pressure will not fluctuate in any altitude or heat and cold weather. this is what I've experienced through the years using Nitrogen.

great tire
I changed this tire out it had 19000 miles on it still had a lot of tread on it much bettter than the stock at 12000 miles on my 06 nomad The main reason I changed the tire we were going on a long trip and really didn't want a issue with a front tire. the tire wore even and was just starting to cup slightly.

This makes the second one of these that I have put on my Stryker, and I love them. They perform great, get good mileage, and fix the speedometer problem with the Stryker. To elaborate on that last point, the Stryker comes with a 210/40/18, and with that tire the speedometer was reading faster by 3-8 mph depending on speed. With this tire the speedometer is spot on.

The mileage on my last one was about 8500 miles, and it still had life in it, but a nail cut it short. That's almost double of the two previous tires that I had on the bike.

Pleasantly Surprised
I installed the front and back tire at the same time and I could tell the differance on the ride home. I have rode in heavy rain on the mountain roads of NC and they shed water hold to the road great. I don't have but 1,000 miles on them but if they have a reasonable life I will buy them again.

What amount of air is best in tire?
A shopper on Feb 12, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Always follow manufactures tire pressures on label some times found under seat. The weight of the 2 of us exceeds the mfg original tire weight rating. I am always heavy and have placed this oversize tire on my 1700 to achieve a weight rating that exceeds the overall weight of me and the misses. 40 psi for the past 90k miles has worn the past 4 tires evenly for me. Suggest that following vehicle mfg label is best.. .

Rear Elite 3 240/40VR-18 Blackwall Tire - 4080-88 fit on the original stock rim of the 2014 Yamaha Stryker?
Mitch C on Apr 16, 2017
BEST ANSWER: If you it has the same size tire that the 11 has which is 210/40/18 then yes it will fit. To me it made the bike feel more stable, and it corrected the speedometer as it had always been a little off.

Best pressure for the e3 elite on an electra glide Harley?
A shopper on May 30, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I run pretty close to max air pressure on my Elite 3's but I have them mounted on an 83 Goldwing and I really like to lay it to corners with it. You know, when the foot pegs scrape once in a while. lol But I find that the higher air pressure gives me a snappier response with my heavy old boat. And I still get great tire mileage and good wear pattern. J.D.
