Perfect fit and finish on 2002 Sportster XL1200C -- and it actually DID come with 4 chrome screws & washers! However, since the throttle cable bracket attaches to the right rear corner of the CV cover (and to the lower right side of the carb) one of the screws is too short, so you have to use the longer OEM non-chrome one there. Installation: In order to get the old cover out of there, the throttle bracket, the fuel tank (due to clearance of the CV top screws) and the breather assembly w/ back plate all must to be removed. (You may have to use vise grips to remove the cable bracket screw from the side of the carb since it's up against the head to where a screwdriver can't get to it. Replace with a hex bolt afterwards.) Alternatively, you can remove the carburator, cables, bracket, fuel line, vacuum lines, etc. from the engine. NOTE: Be careful not to damage or unseat the rubber vacuuam diaphram that is under the CV cover when you take the old one off, an be sure to have the spring strait up and positioned into the underside of the new cover when you put the new cover on. The job took about an hour. I love it and it looks awesome!
