Ordered this because pressure light was staying on after warm starts for longer period than normal. Taking the boot off noticed oxidation (white powdery residue) like you find on battery terminal. Figured it wasn't going to require replacement. After cleaning post and terminal tightened securing lock nut too tight and broke ceramic housing. Back to full replacement. Being very careful, not to over torque switch into housing, tightened ring terminal to post. With the last tightening turn, heard an unusual click. Inspecting housing revealed two perpendicular cracks in ceramic housing. Ran it bike for a couple of days with no leaks and normal operation, but didn't want to run permanently. Went to local HD dealer for another switch. Their price was a couple dollars more, thought it was going to be higher. This was identical to DK's switch. Marking, coloring and size. Install with due caution. Just contact ring to post and double nut.
