no way to mount to a handle bar. there is a nut on the back that you tighten to keep it in place. How do you fit a tool or even a finger in 6+ inches into a 7/8" OD handle bar?

I didn't think about that until I drilled a hole in my handle bar. I wound up using JB weld. Had there been instructions, it would have helped. Or I would have drilled the hole smaller and tapped it to match the threads on the button.

What's the wire gauge?

BEST ANSWER: The button uses very thin wire... probably in the mid 20s in terms of gauge. I had a lot of trouble removing the insulation with a stripper- ended up being easier with a knife. It's also fairly difficult to solder given how thin it is.
Does any one have the part number or link to the "special relay" that's required?
