DG Street Exhaust System - 14-4414
You get what you pay for with pipes. That said, these DG's are tough to beat! Plenty of performance to keep me happy, & they look great on my '74 Yamaha RD350A. They are fairly loud, and on long trips the drone will deafen you if you've got a cheap helmet. There's no happy RPM sound-wise. I still think they sound great! While droning along at 3k rpm, even seasoned main-road-dwelling folks will turn to see what the heck is coming! My RD has a few modifications in addition to these pipes (stage I port, shaved heads, Pro-X Banshee pistons, lightened & balanced crank with 34X rods, YZ125 reeds [one petal snipped] with reed block spacers, Dave F.mod carbs, crossover tube, K&N Y-boot intake) so YMMV: I have AWESOME low end power considering this is a 2-stroke. Will run and pull down to 2200 rpm at lower speeds, and from 2,800 in top gear. A bit of a flat spot from 5-6k, then at 7k she screams well into redline at 9k. Plenty happy with these! Some of the things you'll get with cheap pipes: 1. A cheap-looking rattlecan-like factory paint job 2. Hangers that might need to be modified (mine did) ... even though they're model specific. 3. Head pipes that leak 2-stroke spooge by the gallon all over your pretty new paint job. 4. Silencers that are not easily serviceable without modification Still, even with all this, I'd buy another set without question. Under $300 to your DOORSTEP can't be beat!!I would recommend this item to a friend.

Great value compared to RD exhaust on the market!
Pipes fit well and hold up well, the performance is a great improvement over stock. Should use open air filters and jetting for best results.I would recommend this item to a friend.
DG RD400 Exhaust
Top notch service as always from Dennis Kirk. Next day delivery in Minnesota, wow...Packing was tight and secure on the pkg.. The only complaint I have is from DG and NOT from Dennis Kirk. The pipes should come with exhaust gaskets, the gaskets are very hard to find for the pipes. All in all great pipes tho, and most of all great service from the Rush City workers. ThanxI would recommend this item to a friend.
DG RD chambers
These are hard to beat for the price, and I think they look more natural on the RD. Some of the pricier, quieter, pipes hang very far off the back of the bike. I think I prefer the tucked in appearance of the DG's. A bit loud, but I ran these pipes in the late 80's. They are very nostalgic.I would recommend this item to a friend.
