I've always had good luck with Dennis Kirk purchases until now. I tried for over an hour to install these beads in one tire and no matter what I did they would jam up in the valve stem every time and yes I did remove the valve core. I had to use a piece of coat hanger to unjam the clogged up beads time and time again, there was no moisture and everything was clean and dry. Waste of time and money. One company holds the patent for this system so buy the real thing.
I have used the DynaBeads brand in the past and they got me hooked on the concept. I switched to the Counteract brand this time as the reviews favored them. Also, I had a couple of questions that I posed to the company and I was pleased that I got very prompt responses from them.
I just had the beads installed with my new tires. I ride a Goldwing and everything went well and my tires are always in balance. That should provide lots of miles of carefree riding, for a fraction of what other non-lead balancing devices cost.
I was very excited to use this new product but when I did I immediately noticed something was not right every time I let go of my handlebars my bike would pull to the left so I pulled my tires back off the beads in the front tire we're stuck to the inside of my tire not in one Clump but all spread out
I've had good luck with DK in the past, so I was very surprised when I got an opened, partially used package. The original package was stapled back together, one of the packs of beads had been put in the bottle, the other scattered itself in the package. I did get the new valve cores and caps, so there's that. I'm not even bothering to spend the time and money to return the thing, by the time shipping is paid, it's not worth my time on such a small item. My first disappointment with DK. Apparently I have to give it a star.
