Conti Sport Attack on a Yamaha FZ1
When looking for a new set of tires, I looked heavily at Conti's due to price. Price was a huge factor in my choice due to budget constraints. I usually buy Dunlops and am partial to the Q3. This is the first set of Conti's I have ever had. That said, I considered the Conti Motion tires, the reviews seemed good. Where my hesitation with that tire lay was that, as far as i could tell, those who had them on bikes with more than 800cc's seemed to be getting poor mileage out of them. So I went with a more sporty tire instead of the more touring tire. I do not, no will I ever, ride my FZ1 on the track so these tires will not be pushed to extremes. I have put about 1,500 miles on the tires so far. With about 600 miles, I went to the Dragon, US 129. There is a turn that is about a 90 degree left turn which continues toward the overlook (if you go right you go down to the damn). The tires gripped well enough that my side stand scrapped. The tires gave no indication that they were going to slide or let go. The stuck like glue. I had Michelin's before these as they came on the bike when i bought it, 2CT on the rear, Power on the front. The Conti's give a smoother ride and better feedback during cornering. After 1500 miles they still look pretty new with not much, if any, wear showing (other than the Sport Attack words might be worn now, lol). No heavy rain riding yet but I have ridden in a brief shower and I have more confidence with the Conti's then the Michelin's. Again, better feedback and feel from the Conti's. in 1,500 miles they have been through the Dragon, through the Snake (US 421 between Bristol TN and Mountain city TN), as well as have seen more straight up riding. I would definitely recommend these (while supplies last).

Great tire
Super sticky, great responsiveness in the corners, and shreds evenly - currently using it to finish out this season and probably start next season on my track bike.

Is a good sticky tire on dry roads and is okeey on wet . I'm using two rear tires on the life on only one front tire so, is "holding" me for around 3000 miles .

Good deal
I have been happy with the Conti. They are the OEM replacement for my BMW S1000RR. The tire heats up pretty quick and wear rate is decent. They have a neutral feel to them. I got about 2300 miles of aggressive riding. But next time round I will go with Q2 or Power Pure, depend on who has the better deal when its time,

First Impression. So far so good !
I had a Contimotion rear tire which I thought was okay when it was newer; but which wore out quite rapidly (the front is a Contimotion as well but has been much more durable. The Sport Attack was a giant leap forward; stability , traction and handling wise. The tread wear and durability remain to be seen. So far so good.

Good tire
Overall is a good tire . I use it on my KTM 1290 Superduke R which is a bike with a lot of power and torque and I'm riding it pretty aggressive. On dry roads is very sticky and on wet is acting okeey . So, for the money is the "bang for the buck", my only complaint is that Continental should use a stronger rubber compound on the center tire which it gets worn out (for me, with no track days)around 1500 miles ...
