Gaskets leaked!!
My son's 85 was leaking transmission oil out of one of the inner gaskets. So I bought this kit because I wasn't sure how many gaskets I would need by the time I got the engine torn down to leaking one. Turned out I only need 2, just replaced the one that was leaking and the clutch cover gasket. Put it all back together and the clutch cover gasket leaked immediately right above the oil check bolt. Took the cover off and inspected the gasket, turns out the gasket didn't have enough material to seal behind the machined port that allows oil to reach the oil level check bolt. Luckily there wasn't anything wrong the the factory gasket, so I just put it back in and the leak is fixed. As for the inner gasket, it started leaking after just a few minutes of riding and now drips oil continuously. So I'll be tearing into it again and replacing that gasket, again. This time with something other than a cometic brand gasket.
