This might help - screw hole on tip in question: on middle diameter, approximately 5/8" from flange face that butts against end of heat shield. See how and where your baffle is installed to see if tip would interfere with end of baffle, You would think small end would fit into I.D. of header.
I have Speedster 909 - they have a tip welded on end of baffle and doesn't allow for a billet tip to be used. The Speedster RPT comes with a nice tip but cost $260 more. Ordered the tip before seeing the 909 first hand. My bad. I love my exhaust - the PowerPort does not give me de-cell pop like I had with 2-1 systems (2).
