Reviews for Cobra Saddlebag Support Brackets - 02-6420
Worked great on my 2012 Shadow
It took longer to get the supports out of the package than to install them. I already had the Cobra backrest installed so I used the bolts that came with the backrest as they were longer than the ones that came with the supports. Took about five minutes to install doing one bolt at a time. Look great on the bike.I would recommend this item to a friend.
Not worth the money, time or effort.
I bought these for a 2011 Honda Aero 750. One bracket was okay except it wasn't bent down straight enough. It holds the bag out at about a 10 degree angle. The other one was defective. It held the bag out at a 45 degree angle. The welds looked like I had done them (trust me, I'm not bragging). I was afraid to try to straighten them for fear they would pop right off. I finally was able to bend the rods down enough to at least match the other side. Very unhappy with this purchase.I wouldn't recommend this item to a friend.
The only thing I was worried about was these being visible when the bags were attached since the bags are slanted. These brackets are smaller than I would have thought making the bags fit perfect and none of the brackets are visible.I would recommend this item to a friend.
These should come with bolts, my existing bolts are too short.I would recommend this item to a friend.
They matched up for a perfect fit and look good.I would recommend this item to a friend.
They are super easy to put on and they worked great with the sissy bar mounting hardware that I previously owned. They hold my saddlebags in a secure place and they look pretty cool all at the same time :)I would recommend this item to a friend.
Had to buy longer bolts because of a backrest already in place. Hard to find same or similar.I would recommend this item to a friend.
My local Yamaha dealer wanted to charge me over $120 for a similar product. This was the first purchase I have made from Dennis Kirk and certainly wont be my last.I would recommend this item to a friend.
