i installled this tire on a klr 650, to replace the rear factory dunlop tire. i was disappointed with the dunlops wear, i had only 4000 miles on the bike and the tire was wore out. i ride this bike on country roads and highways and hardly off road . after looking at alot of replacement tires i settled on this trailwing because of the tread pattern that looked like it could handle the dirt and the highways. this tire is a good performer, it handles the dirt very well and the pavement equaly. i was impressed also by the way it changed the ride quality of my bike when riding in the wind. i never liked riding the klr in the high winds we get here in kansas, but with this tire on the rear it made my bike alot more safe to ride in the wind.
Installed on Moto Guzzi Jackal for Sturgis , came the next day after ordering . Riding blacktop or gravel tire worked well . Positive grip and good cornering on both good roads and country roads , held well in loose gravel and gave positive feel.
