Bridgestone Exedra Max
Looks identical to the 170-70/16 Excedra standard I just removed. Purchased due to claim that it gets more milage, to soon to tell. Comfortable ride, good grip in turns.

Replace OE Metzelers on Triumph Rocket III Touring
From all (exhaustive) research I could find, the Bridgestone (one of only several companies that makes correct size for both front and rear of Rocket III Touring) Exedra Max radial is a viable, good handling and reasonably long lasting (I rate any tire giving over 10k with low impact riding style as "reasonable" on the 900 lb Touring) and am anxious to verify this with this new set I've purchased and am waiting to install. "Excellent service and price from Dennis Kirk" is already a known fact!

Great Tire
I had Dunlop tires on my bikes for years. I just bought a Kawasaki Vulcan 900 and found out The tire for the rear was Dealer Only, So I switched to the Bridgestone, and I have to say the tire is great in all weather conditions (Rain, Stone and ever handles good on the tar snakes) I have little over 1000 miles on the tire so I cant say for sure about the wear yet. Sorry Dunlop you have lost me as future customer, just because I was almost forced to buy your tire. Thanks for the Bridgestone. I'm glad I had another alternative

Exedra Max
I have an '11 Vaquero and the stock rear (Exedra non-Max#, gave me 7100 miles. Mostly commuting and #1) 3K mile trip. I put a "Max" on it and got a little over 10K out of it. Still commuting and 1 long trip. Both tires went thru a Phx summer and were ridden the same way. I didnt notice a difference in handling between the OEM and the Max. I was considering going to the dark side, but 10K on a $130 tire is acceptable.

max tire
this is my 2nd max tire and prior to this my bike had the non max excedra . this is a better tire and IMHO worth the extra money. it does well in heavy rain and holds the road without any issues dry regardless of how fast im in a turn dragging down to frame on a nearly 1000 lb cruiser .

Best tire for Yamaha Roadstar Warrior
I am on the 6th set of the Exedra Max radial tires on my RS Warrior. These are by far the best combination of longer wear with good handling that I have found for the torque-monster Warrior. The rear generally lasts me about 8,000 miles, far more than any other tire; the front around 10k, again a longer life than other tires I have run on this bike.
The handling is good in the rain, on gravel, and of course on pavement.

First Impression: Great tire
I had this this tire installed on a 2007 Victory Vegas 8 ball. My initial impression was the the tire looked to be manufactured to high quality standards. Upon riding the bike for the first time with this tire installed I was impressed that the tire had much more grip than the stock tire and was also quieter. The tire performed well on wet surfaces as well as dry. There's a reason this is one of the top tires for metric cruisers, it's a quality tire.

Can I use this tire with a tube ?
Joe J on Dec 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, you can use this tire with the appropriate size tube. My motorcycle is a 2004 Honda Shadow Aero with wire spoke rims. The rims require a tube.
in the overview you said it is rated W on the specs it says rated H. So which rate is the correct one?
A shopper on Feb 26, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Stamp on tire is W. I've put 3000 miles on it and wear doesn't look bad. Only got 6000 out of Metzler
Will this tire fit 2004 v rod vrscb ?
Ed T on Sep 26, 2016
BEST ANSWER: No, a 2004 v rod needs a 120/70zr19. This I looked up on the internet, it should also be in your HUM, Harley User Manual, assuming they provide one.
Can this tire be used with a tube?
Lance E on Jul 9, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I do not see why you could not use this tire with a tube.
What's the difference between exedra g702 and exedra max ?
Tim S on Aug 14, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The G702 is a model specific tire, the Exedra Max is universal fitment tire. The G702 would be more compounded for the use of the specific machine that it is listed for.
