Great price
Got 10K miles out of my last one. Dennis Kirk had the best on-line price. Handles well. No complaints. On my 1992 BMW R100R.

Good so far
I've only had these on for a few hundred miles, but I'd have to say they're a pretty good tire. I replaced some very old hoops, so of course the improvement was significant. That said, they exceeded my expectations of comfort and dry cornering. I haven't had them out in the wet yet. D.K. matched the price of another online store, and I was very pleased with the experience.

BT45 is my "go-to" tire for vintage motorcycles
I have used the BT45 in 100/90-V18 size on several bikes, enjoying great grip, excellent handling and acceptable durability. That size has been discontinued, so I have switched to the 110/80-V18. Its not yet installed on a wheel, but I am confident it will work fine. It has 0.2" smaller diameter than the 100/90 but is slightly wider.

Another excellent choice
This is the second tire I purchased for my Kawasaki EX500, and I'm excited about getting it on the bike for winter. The back tire I purchased a few months ago is working perfectly. It still looks 100% brand new. I ride my bikes 99.9% of the time even in winter. I just bought a 1985 V65 Magna and looking forward to getting new tires on that bike as well.

Excellent Performance and Value
I've used these BT45 front tires for road racing and they perform almost as good a full road race rubber that costs twice as much. They wear acceptably and outlast the race rubber 2 to 1.

Great Tire - Great Deal!
This was my 1st time purchasing something of this nature from an online / mail order company . I was very pleased with the ease of the online service , price and the speedy delevery. Upon opening the box I was delighted to find a new , unblemished (NOt a "second") BRIDGESTONE motorcycle for my Moto Guzzi "Jackal". I will be soon to replace my front tyre with a matching BRIDGESTONE BATTLAX : which I will order from DENNIS KIRK.

Can I use the 4.6 - 16 as a back tire?
matt4b on Mar 10, 2017
BEST ANSWER: We use the 110/90v-16 as front and rear on the crf/xr 100. There is some room left to go a little wider but that combo works great
Over the past seven years I have purchased six Bridgestone BT45v tires from Denniskerk , three 120/90/v17 rears, and three BT45v 100/90/v19 fronts. I have installed them on my 1980 Suzuki GS550L, on rims with tubes. The last two were installed one year ago and not used yet. I also have 1981 GS650E and am considering the same tires for that bike but am uncertain about the size. The old tires are front 120/90/19 and rear 130/80/18 on cast rims with tubes. your web site has 1981 Suzuki GS650E rear wheel size listed as 16" it is 18" / 2.15 so I am not sure about tire size? I see that the new compound BT45v - 100/90/v19 front tire is listed as tubeless but the BT45v 130/80/v18 are these tire safe with tubes?
Carl V on Apr 29, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I would order the size that's on the bike
tubes should be no problem with the tires
