Warrior Battlax Rear Tire Build For Horsepower
I have owned a 2002 Roadstar Warrior for over six years now. This model requires a specific tire to which Bridgestone designed the perfect tire. This is a wide tire built to not only support the naturally wide stance through hard corners, but also withstand the torque and horsepower of the warriors performance engine. On my Battlax tire I average about 4000 miles before it is ready to replace it. Stick to the tire designed for your Roadstar Warrior and you wont regret it.

Excellent Tires
I purchased a set of these BStone tires and used them last week on a trip from Chicago to Colorado. They performed very well in the curves of Red Mountain Pass, Black Canyon, Peak to Peak Highway and many others. They made the twisties a ball. Excellent wet performance. They only have 3700 miles on them, so I am not sure how they will wear in the long run, but so far- so good.

OEM tire
This is the third BT020F on my 03 ST1300 Honda and it was installed at 37,000 km (23,000 mi). The mileage per tire is reasonable considering the heavy weight on the front tire, especially when cornering and braking. Tire pressure is kept at 42 psi. Other than severe cupping on the left side of both front tires as they reached their wear limits (due to the crown in the road), the tires have performed well. After reading various forums regarding alternative tires for my bike, I have chosen to stick with the Honda OEM tire due to its overall good performance.

Battlax for ST1300
I used this tire for my first two replacements when I bought the bike. After trying several other brands in the interim, I am back to the Battlax for my mountain carving needs.
