With all of the protection elements that are built into the Astars Atem, you will be able to ride more confidently, both on and off the track. \u00a0The chassis of the jacket is a 1.3 mm high grade leather that is reinforced in the high impact zones.\u00a0 In addition to the armor, the Atem features the Alpinestars exclusive external Dynamic Friction Shield on the shoulders.\u00a0 The DFS is used on MotoGP and WSBK race apparel and helps increase impact and slide protection.\u00a0 The PE foam chest pads can be upgraded to the Bionic chest pads as well as the button-in Bionic back protector.\u00a0 The Atem has\u00a0security straps that hold the jacket in place on a feet first slide.\u00a0 The back of the jacket features an aerodynamic MotoGP profile hump to improve times on the track.<\/p>\n

The styling and comfort of this jacket are what really set it apart from other track jackets and make it a perfect piece for street riding as well.\u00a0 The many stretch panels, aramidic and accordion, allow the rider to have ease of movement and to be comfortable while pushing the bike to the max.\u00a0 The stretch panels combined with the 3D mesh liner improve the overall feel of the jacket.\u00a0 Perforated panels are placed in critical areas on both the upper and lower body to increase the ventilation.\u00a0 The overall fit and feel of the jacket will keep you comfortable on those long touring trips as well as on the track.<\/p>\n

GP Pro Glove<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the glove for the rider who likes to push their sport bike to the limits, yet still wants the glove to be comfortable.\u00a0 The GP Pro offers very technical performance protection along with comfort and flexibility.\u00a0 It has been tested in the Alpinestars Moto GP and WSB race program to ensure that it can withstand the needs of racing.<\/p>\n

The GP Pro has all of the protection needed to keep your hands safe.\u00a0 The knuckle system is TPU injected and will absorb and dissipate any impact.\u00a0 The palm, finger sliders and cuff panel also have the TPU padding to ensure that all high impact areas will be protected.\u00a0 The glove features Alpinestars\u2019 patented finger bridge between the pinky and ring finger.\u00a0 The bridge prevents separation and will keep the glove in place during a slide to keep the protection in place.<\/p>\n

While the list of technical features can go on and on, the real selling point for the GP Pro is its comfort.\u00a0 So often race gloves are clunky and hot, but not this one.\u00a0 The knuckles have air intakes and exhaust ports to maximize air flow.\u00a0 Add that to the ventilated finger sidewalls, vented back hand protector and the perforated leather top panel and your hands will stay cool, even on the hottest track days.<\/p>\n

SM-6 Boot<\/strong><\/p>\n
