Whether you’re a gate-drop regular or a weekend track warrior, this gear is made to go the distance.

Starting with the jersey, the first thing you’ll notice is how lightweight it feels in hand. But make no mistake, this isn’t delicate. The chassis uses a 4-way stretch Poly/Spandex construction for all the mobility you need, combined with abrasion-resistant materials that are built to last. Mesh panels in high-heat zones and moisture-wicking properties keep airflow moving and your body cool, even deep into a long moto. Compared to Thor’s SportMode line, LaunchMode is clearly made with more durability and ventilation in mind. The relaxed fit means you’re comfortable but never restricted.

<div These are built with a mix of stretch and non-stretch chassis materials that strike the right balance between flexibility and durability. The pre-curved design fits naturally in a riding position, and mesh paneling at the lower legs lets heat escape without sacrificing coverage. Laser-cut perforations enhance breathability throughout. Inside, a moisture-wicking mesh liner keeps things cool, while the sticky silicone waistband ensures your jersey stays tucked no matter how aggressive the ride gets. The ratchet closure and side adjusters let you dial in the perfect fit, and full grain leather knee panels offer serious grip and protection where it matters most.

Finally, the gloves complete the kit. The Clarino® palm delivers premium comfort, while silicone grippers on the first two fingers give you excellent control at the lever. The 4-way stretch gussets provide a natural feel, and the Air-prene cuff with a secure TPR wrist closure keeps everything snug. One slick feature: finger data stitching, so you can still navigate your phone without pulling them off.

If you’re looking to step up your gear this season with something tough, well-ventilated, and purpose-built for real riders, the LaunchMode collection from Thor MX is a serious contender. You can grab the full kit, including multiple colorways now at Dennis Kirk.

In this DK Unboxes, we’re checking out the LaunchMode kit from Thor MX, a performance-focused lineup built to take the kind of punishment today’s top…

Read more

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false

900,924,926
874,4285,4270
0":"post-16384","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-dirt-bike-reviews","8":"category-dirt-bike-videos","9":"category-homepage-right","10":"tag-dirt-bike","11":"tag-dirt-bike-video","12":"tag-dk-unboxes

DK Unboxes the Thor MX LaunchMode Gear Kit - Dennis Kirk

<meta name="description" content="In this DK Unboxes, we take a look at the Thor MX LaunchMode kit.
