It’s time, once again, for the largest custom bike show in the Midwest. The Dennis Kirk Donnie Smith Bike and Car Show is back to kick off the motorcycle season here in the Midwest. This is the 27th annual show and it just keeps getting bigger and better at the St. Paul RiverCentre. The show times are from 9am-7pm on Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday. Tickets are only $14 and kids 12 and under get in free!
The show will take up over 200,000 square feet and will be full of custom motorcycle goodness. Custom bikes like baggers, choppers, retro bobbers, custom cruisers and more from around the country will be showcased at the Donnie Smith Bike Show. Some of the best bike builders in the country will be there to show off their bikes and answer any and all questions that you might have. The group of famous builders includes Brian Klock, Keith Terry, Leroy Thompson, Dave Withrow, Crazy John Kosmoski, Mike Cole, Neil Ryan, and of course Donnie Smith, himself. With bikes being entered into 35 different classes, you are sure to see all makes and models represented along with some crazy one-of-a-kind custom creations.
New this year, there will be a car show consisting of 22 classes including vintage, antique, hot rods, rat rods and many more. With the addition of the cars at the Donnie Smith show, there will be something for anyone with a gasoline addiction.
Be sure to stop by the Dennis Kirk booth while your at the show. You can check out the display of the hottest new products on the market and then spin the wheel for your chance to win some prizes! Technicians will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have about your bike or any of the products that Dennis Kirk carries.
Of course, don’t forget that The Donnie Smith show also has a giant swap meet. You are sure to find all of the goodies you want and need to get your bike ready for the road this spring. And if you don’t find what you need at the swap meet, there’s a pretty good chance that we carry what you need at our Dennis Kirk warehouse and store just north of the show.
After you have gotten your fill of bikes and cars Saturday night, you can enjoy the Donnie Smith Bike Show Happy Hour with live music from the Lamont Cranston Blues Band. They will start playing at 5 and will play until the show closes at 7.
