For those of you have been following this blog for a while, you might remember a post that we did on the Café Racer that Dennis Kirk’s President, Bob Behan, designed and built with the donor bike being a 1981 Honda CB750C.  In that project, Bob made that faired monster into a sleek and sexy Café Racer.  The only problem with that first build of the bike was that it was not a frame off project.  With over 3 decades of rust and dirt embedded in the parts of the bike, Bob knew that it just wasn’t right to have all the bells and whistles on the outside with sub-par restoration of the frame.  This prompted him to initiate the project that Bob likes to call his […]
