If you are planning on upgrading your suspension because you are bottoming out, this is the trick. A great upgrade for those CRF 230 riders weighing in over 200 lbs. If you're upgrading the front, you're going to have to do the rear too. Don't forget about the BBR red shock spring.
Purchased for a KLX125 which is being used by an adult; I think these springs are necessary for this bike whether or not an adult is riding, however. Stock front setup is way too soft, and these did well to fix the problem.
If you are looking for an easy upgrade without changing out forks then this will do the trick. I installed these with rods and now I have no fear of bottoming. You can play with the oil weight a little or run one bbr sprink and one stock spring to make it more plush. Both springs with rods will make the forks stiff.
