Position the pack to sit in the center of your back with the shoulder straps snug but comfortable on the center of your shoulders.
The chest harness should be adjusted to fit securely around your body.

4-WAY ADJUSTABLE BUTTERFLY HARNESS:
The key to the security and fit of the Turbo 1.5 is the 4-way adjustable butterfly harness.
Once the pack is where you like it, tighten it down slowly, adjusting the straps as you go; bottom, top and chest.
It might take a little practice, but once you get it, you know you're good.
Roll up and secure loose straps with the strap keepers.
Release the two lowest buckles of the butterfly harness.
Once detached you can easily lift the pack over your head.
If desired the sternum strap can also be detached to allow for even greater flexibly when removing the pack.

LAPTOP COMPARTMENT: Padded laptop compartment with safety strap. The laptop compartment is flipped upside-down for better protection against the elements. Holds up to a 15 in. laptop. Oversized zipper pulls designed to work with gloves
TIE DOWN: Tie down your jacket when you reach your destination. Fold up your jacket and use the straps that hold the side flaps closed to secure it. You can also use the d-rings and a bungee to tie things to your bag or to attach your bag to other objects like a motorcycle.
HELMET STORAGE: To secure your helmet to the exterior of the Trooper, pull the cargo net out of its pocket and connect the 4 hooks to the proper d-rings. Now place your helmet in the cargo net and adjust the straps so that the helmet fits tight. A. Pull the cargo net out of the pocket. B. Clip to the 4 d-rings
The Trooper can also be used as a hydration platform (hydration bladders sold separately) located on the interior are 2 mesh pockets that will accept 2 liter hydration bladders. Place the bladder in the left, right, or both interior mesh pockets. The hydration tube should them be routed through the slot located at the top of the pocket and integrated into the butterfly harness as noted in the diagram below. To remove the bladder pull the hose back into the main compartment and remove as a single unit. Do not unscrew the hose unless you are sure the bladder is completely empty.
