I bought this tinted shield before riding to Sturgis this year. I rode over 2700 miles at speeds of 75+ mph and it worked great. I did have to work at positioning the included washers to make sure the mounts didn't come loose when raising and lowering it a few times. Once I got it right I never had any more problems. AGV needs to include better mounting instructions. I'd buy it again.
AGV did not do a good job testing this. At speed, behind a windshield, the visor starts to flip up totally defeating its purpose. The small handle on the left, designed for lowering/raising the visor is directly in line with the rider's peripheral vision - not good! The bottom line of the sun visor cuts directly across your field of vision when you glance down to look at your instruments. At one point, while riding at about 60mph, the visor started to flip up, loosened the right-side mounting and actually separated from the helmet.
AGV - why don't you simply make a 80% smoked shield like you do for the Dragon helmet? Problem solved.
