Boots were a perfect fit for my husband. He actually is using them for his paramedic/firefighter job. He is on the job 24 hrs and said his feet never got tired. He actually had to cut the buckle strap and take off metal name plates due to his dept. regulations concerning footwear and they still fit great. . I would recommend these to anyone. Your return policy is exceptional the first pair we purchased was a different style and didnt work for him. We returned them , picked this product and all went very smoothe no hassles . We had never ordered products from you, but we will be return customers . Thank you
I love these boots. They're a little big but nothing out of the ordinary. Very comfortable and break in real quick. Gone riding in them in 30 degree weather and keep you warm and dry. Would buy again and recommend to my friends.
This was my very first purchase through Dennis Kirk and i was not dissappointed in any way. I was expecting something to go wrong or something to be left out of my order or the boots i ordered to not fit properly, none of that happened. My boots were everything that they said they would be and more, i will definitely shop with D.K. online in the future. My Milwaukee Afterburners are the shhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!! keep it to yourself, I dont want everyone wearing my boots
Got these boots based on price and reviews and they exceeded all expectations. The fit is great, the boots are very flexible and they do a fantastic job of sliding under the gear shifter - initially I thought they might be kind of thick based on the pics but that is not the case.
A very nice low profile boot that is very comfortable! They feel a little heavy but seem very durable as well! The strap stays in place and will unsnap if you desire but not necessary to put them on or take them off. This boot is designed with dual-zipper system on both left and right sides of each boot. This makes it easy to put them on or removing them! I did give a 4 star in comfort ONLY because the boot is more of a wider width than normal. I ordered an 11 and may could have ordered a 10.5 and would have worked as well. It's not loose enough for me to return them but I felt it might be a heplful tip for someone else before they order! Overall a very well constructed and affordable foot wear from Dennis Kirk!
best riding boots out there for the money.nice clean look.get 1/2 size bigger than normal foot size.great looking. have recieved several compliments since my purchase.dennis kirks price was the lowest on the net.
These boots look great and feel great. With 1-2 feet of snow on the ground I haven't had a chance to ride with them on. Comfortable walking around but haven't had them on long enough to give a 5 star rating.
I read that some people needed to order a size smaller than normal, but I find these boots to fit true. There is a little more room then I like, but a 3/4 insole or thicker socks fixed that for me. I am very happy with my pair a boots and definitely recommend them.
the boots are verry comfortable and well made it is hard to find boots like this that fit like your street shoes the leather is extremly high quality i would recomend these to anyone wanting a qualty boot for a good price
These seam to be very well constructed pair of boots. i believe that they will hold up for a very long time. May need to add an insole but not really nessary. My only complaint is that the zipper tab on the sides of the make a jingling noise when walking. The should a used a leather tab. These boots are much better than the H-D junk boots that only last 6 months before the stiching come off. I would buy a pair of Milwaukee boots again. Good Stuff!
These are nice boots for the price. Zippers appear to be quality (so far). I am pretty much a standard size for every boot, and these do seem to run wider. Added an insole to them and they fit great. (I would have added the insole anyway do to my feet, so not a bad thing.) Quick ship. Overall I am very impressed with these boots
I like the side zippers for ease of pulling on these boots. Well made and look great. They are a bit on the large size, but I don't mind it because it also helps the to be a bit cooler in warm weather and will allow a thick pair of socks for cold weather.
I originally bought a Milwaukee Trooper lace-up boot with dual zippers because my local retailer didn't have my size in the Afterburner. Within 10 days of use, the rivet on the bottom lace hook popped out. Since I really wanted the Afterburner style for better protection in the rain, I asked the retailer to order that as my replacement. The fit was good. I did have some problem with the buckle regularly popping off and flapping the strap around. I tightened the two metal grips with pliers and the problem went away. But the shoes hurt my right foot after wearing them and walking in them for more than an hour. I tried different inserts with no luck. Then I felt inside the shoe under the insert that came with the boot. It was poorly constructed and had a ridge running in the middle of the sole right around where the ball of my foot rested--right where the pain originated. I sort of solved it by cutting a foot pad with a space around the ridge. Nice looking boots but due to the poor workmanship I wouldn't buy Milwaukee again.
