In the mid 2000’s, Suzuki was seeking a change for their cruiser and touring lineup. What emerged was the extremely successful Boulevard line of motorcycles. In 2005, they eliminated all of the existing models to make way for the new lines of Boulevards. In order to distinguish between the different models, Suzuki uses alphabetic designations. The S models are the naked/standards cruisers. M is for your muscle or high powered cruisers. And C models reach into the touring and more traditional cruiser styling. The number following the alpha designation represents size of the engine’s displacement. Their V-Twin engines make great power and torque, while the styling of the Boulevards is very sleek.
