You may return any unused and unaltered item(s) within 90 days for an exchange or a full refund. Authorization is not needed, however, a call to our Customer Service (1-800-969-7501) or Technical Support may help you avoid an unnecessary return. Please do not return goods to us C.O.D. Instead, follow our new quick and easy return process. Simply complete your Merchandise Return Form and enclose it with the items you wish to return in a secure package, apply the Authorized Return Label to the package and take the package to any UPS Store®, Customer Center, Shipping Outlet, Drop Box or give it to any UPS driver. Keep the tracking number strip located on the lower portion of the Return Label for reference when tracking your package. You pay nothing up-front. $7.99 will be deducted from your refund. No restocking charge applies if returned within 90 days ($10.00 or 10% fee, whichever is higher, after 90 days). For items which include a manufacturer's warranty, please follow their instructions.

Use the original carton and pack the merchandise securely. Clearly mark the outside of the carton ***CONTENTS - RETURN GOODS OF U.S. ORIGIN***. Enclose the invoice with a brief explanation for the return/exchange. Ship the package prepaid, we do not accept return merchandise shipped COD.

A $10.00 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is higher, applies only after 90 days. For items with a manufactured warranty, please follow the instructions specified by the manufacturer.

Additional Shipping Fees:

Tire fees occur due to factors beyond our control, shipping costs for tires have increase recently. Because of this, we have added a $5.00 charge on each tire that is shipped (Fee does not apply to pickup store orders). Charges are clearly stated before you are asked to complete your order.
Oversize fees apply to items over the size limits for standard shipping methods. If at time of checkout a ground shipping option is chosen, an oversize item fee will apply. For air and other shipping methods, this fee is included in the price. Charges (if any) are clearly stated before you are asked to complete your order.

We pay for ground delivery via UPS on Orders over $100 to the contiguous 48 states. A $7.99 shipping charge is applied to orders under $100. Non-standard item fees may apply. Any additional fees are clearly stated before adding the item to your shopping cart.
The option of upgrading your shipping service is available at an additional cost. All shipping charges outside of the USA are the responsibility of the customer.
Most orders placed by 8:00 pm Central Time Monday - Friday ship the same day! If you choose to ship your order via FedEx, your order must be placed by 3:15 pm Central Time, and Parcel Post orders must be placed by 11:30 am Central Time.

Alternate Shipping Services:

Expedited shipping services including UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, Federal Express and Priority Mail are available. Additional charges will apply, and will be shown in the list of services (see example).
UPS Next Day Air "Saturday Delivery" is offered as a no-charge upgrade to your normal UPS Next Day Air rate if available in your area.
If the charges for a shipping service says "Will Notify", we will contact you with the exact shipping charges.
UPS Next Day Air orders must be placed by 4:30pm CST for same day shipping.
