How can I pay for my international orders?
Dennis Kirk is unable to send any order C.O.D. on international orders. Payment due must be received by Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover or JCB credit card, wire transfers or money orders in U.S. funds at time
of placing order. For details for wire transfers please email
international@denniskirk.com. Your order will be shipped
once payment has been received. *We reserve the right to cancel any credit order and request payment in advance.
A copy of identification may be required to process your order.

What is the procedure for returning parts?
On any orders returned from outside of the U.S.A., please mark clearly on the outside
of the carton: "CONTENTS - RETURN GOODS OF U.S. ORIGIN".
A $9.00 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is higher applies only after 90 days.

Are prices shown in U.S. dollars only?
Yes. Our catalog prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. These charges are the responsibility
of the customer and will be billed to you at or after delivery. For more information on duty rates or
import restrictions contact your local customs office.

Will Dennis Kirk ship my order internationally?
Yes, all international shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Specify your choice of shipping
at the time of order. Our International representative will contact you with exact shipping charges
and expected arrival time prior to your order being processed.
Shipping cost is added to merchandise value and billed to the customer by Dennis Kirk. All merchandise is
documented with value paid for customer clearance.

How do I know the cost of international shipping?
If you wish to know the cost of sending an international order, please place the order using our online order
form, fax, toll free number 1-800-969-7501 or mail. Select an international shipping option and we will
notify you of shipping cost via email, fax or phone number that you have provided. Please check your email
often once the order is placed � customers who do not respond within 7 days will have the order cancelled.
Once you receive a shipping cost notification you have the option to approve total cost, or cancel the order.
You are not billed until shipping cost has been approved.

How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated based on actual and dimensional weights. Dimensional weight is determined
by using the International Air Transportation Association (IATA) volumetric standard. Dennis Kirk attempts
to keep the package size to a minimum when possible. In some areas UPS has an extended area delivery
charge of $20.00 in addition to the normal shipping charge.
