Can I place an order without using a credit card?

Yes, we have several payment options for your convenience.

We have many options for you to receive your package quickly. Some of them are: UPS, including Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Select. How fast can I receive a catalog?

Dennis Kirk now has 5 separate catalogs: Off Road, Parts & Accessories for Harley-Davidson® Motorcycles, Metric Bikes, Snowmobile and Personal Watercraft. Our catalogs are shipped “standard mail” (3rd class bulk rate) and can take approximately 7 to 10 days for delivery. You can also request a CD-Rom catalog! Our CD catalogs use the popular pdf format, and all five catalogs are contained on a single disc. CD catalogs are mailed First Class and should arrive within a few days.

Can I pick up my order at your location in Rush City?

My item showed in stock on the online catalog, but now it is out of stock?

Inventory on our website product pages is updated daily. During the checkout process, inventory will be checked real time on the items in your order. If an item is currently out of stock, you will be alerted at that time.

Why does my backordered item arrival time keep changing?

When the arrival time for a backorder item changes, it is normally due to a manufacturing delay. At Dennis Kirk we try to stock every part number listed in our catalogs, however, there are times when we are not able to receive merchandise from the manufacturer. We understand how important it is to receive your order on a timely basis and we continually replenish our stock before it is depleted.

How long does it take for my backordered item to arrive?

Items marked backorder have not been charged to you. If your item(s) are temporarily out of stock, they should be shipped within 30 days. We receive shipments from our distributors on a daily basis. Why is the online price different than what is shown in the printed catalog?

Prices on certain items may change in the interim of our 5 catalogs being printed. Our sales staff will inform you of any price change that may have occurred when you are placing you order. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, you will be charged the lower amount. If the price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping.

What is the procedure for returning a part?

You may return any unused and unaltered item(s) within 90 days for an exchange or a full refund. Authorization is not needed, however, a call to our Customer Service (1-800-969-7501) or Technical Support may help you avoid an unnecessary return. Please do not return goods to us C.O.D. Instead, follow our new quick and easy return process. Simply complete your Merchandise Return Form and enclose it with the items you wish to return in a secure package, apply the Authorized Return Label to the package and take the package to any UPS Store®, Customer Center, Shipping Outlet, Drop Box or give it to any UPS driver. Keep the tracking number strip located on the lower portion of the Return Label for reference when tracking your package. You pay nothing up-front. $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. No restocking charge applies if returned within 90 days ($9.00 or 10% fee, whichever is higher, after 90 days). For items which include a manufacturer's warranty, please follow their instructions.

How soon will my return be processed?

Most returns are processed the same day it is received. A check will be issued to the original purchaser on COD orders returned. If the order was placed with a credit card, the refunds will appear on your credit card statement within 2 to 3 business days. If you request an exchange, the order should be processed and on it's way back to you the next business day. In some instances it may be necessary to contact you regarding your return, please provide a contact number or email address.
