Splined output shaft is drilled and tapped for both 89-93 thread (1/4 in.-20) and the 94-06 thread (10-32); simply use the included bolt for 94-06 models or your existing bolt for 89-93 models. Starters measure 6 1/2 in. L from the mounting surface to ease installation. Each starter is individually dyno tested and includes a printout graph and chart showing performance curves and data. As an added bonus, the splined output shaft is drilled and tapped for both the 1989/1993 thread (1/4-20) and the 1994/later thread (10-32). Simply us the included bolt for the 1994/later models or us your existing bolt for the 1989/1993 models. To simplify installation, these starters measure a mere 6 1/2 in. in length from the mounting surface and will not have the clearance problems that other high performance starter motors suffer from.
