K & P Engineering Chrome Plated Oil Filter/Cooler Kit 305377: With it's cleanable stainless steel mesh element this may be the last oil filter you will ever buy. The 3 1/8 in. long finned housing acts as an oil cooler and is CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum. The high-flow element is made from a medical grade type 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth that will trap contaminates that far exceed the OEM requirements. Not only does it allow you to make a visual inspection of debris it is easily cleaned with any type of degreaser or soap and water. To further improve efficiency a super strength nickel plated neodymium rare earth magnet is installed in the element for pre-filtering the oil. Features a quad type filter housing to engine case seal, bypass valve and meets or exceeds the manufacturers specifications (will not void new bike warranty). Includes cup wrench and instructions. 3/4-16 thread size. Note: For replacement Quad Type O-Ring Seal, order DK part no. 140134.
