Dynojet Imperial Shift Rod Pressure Sensor-Push Type: Manufacturer part # 4108 - When ordering either the Shift Rod Pressure/Tension Sensor or the Linear TravelSensor, you must make sure to order the correct one for the direction of movementduring the upshift (push or pull).. If using the shift rod pressure/tension sensor, presson the shift lever in the direction of an upshift and watch to see if the shift rod isPUSHING or PULLING on the clevis on the shift shaft. This will determine which type is needed.. If using the linear travel sensor move the shift lever in the direction of an upshift.. If this movement is DOWN then a PULL TYPE sensor is required.. A fully-programmable PCIII USB/DQS interface combines all shifter functions with the main fuel controller. Momentarily cutting fuel flow to the injectors shuts down the motor and unloads the transmission, letting you up-shift at full power without touching the throttle or the clutch. Included software lets you adjust the amount of engine "kill time" during shifts, and set minimum engine operating rpm to prevent the system from activating during low-speed riding.
