Crane Cams HI-4TC Ignition Module 201542: Manufacturer part # 83180 - Module works with J1850 data bus used for communications with instrument cluster and turn signal/security mode (TSM/TSSM). Connector is single 12-pin style. Works with stock to highly modified engines; wide timing advance adjustment range. Can digitally set rpm limit in increments of 100 from 3000 to 9000 rpm. Housing is low-profile machined billet aluminum. Advance slope and rpm limit are set with four rotary switches. Even works with engines that have a non-adjustable crankshaft timing sensor; HI-4TC features a switch that sets initial timing. Slope of ignition advance curse is set with second switch. Using these switches in combination lets you set the optimal timing advance for your engine. Module stores the last 30 minutes of engine operation using built-in datalogging (rpm, vehicle speed, manifold pressure, ignition advance and battery voltage). Fully compatible with Harley-Davidson scan tool. Optional PC link cable and Windows-compatible software for custom programming and data analysis; link cable plugs into existing diagnostic connector on the stock wiring harness - Order Part No. 201543.
