Independent Cycle Inc. Hardlife Right-Side Drive Rigid Frame Kit: Manufacturer part # p494823 - Radial bent original frame constructed of DOM tubing with a .157 in./.187 in. wall thickness features a 40 degree neck rake with 7" stretch. Machined neck stem takes press-in bearing races; no need for fork cups. Narrowed frame rails for better cornering, even at low ride height; low seat height for lower center of gravity. Triangulated, solid machined top motor mount. One-piece machined transmission plate is 1/2 in. thick. Engine and transmission are centered in chassis for excellent balance. Right-side drive only and accommodates wide tires. Welded-on mount tabs allow 84-99 Softail-style forward controls to be mounted to chassis. Features rear 1 in. stainless axle, oil tank hidden under transmission for better weight distribution, rubber isolated battery mount, hidden compressor mount as part of the battery mount and flush axle caps with hidden fasteners.
