Tie-Down Cargo Buckle Retractable Tie-Down System: Manufacturer part # 292 - Rretractable tie-down system eliminates frayed straps and adds convenience. Auto-retracting tie-down system features 55" long straps with a coated S-hook on one end. Multiple applications: bolt the the Cargobuckle directly to any surface for instant use; or add the optional S-hook adapter strap (PART NO. 40-7417) and use like a conventional tie-down. CargoBuckle has one coated S-hook standard. Works up to a 45 degree angle from the surface the CargoBuckle is mounted on, optional 45 degree angle mount brackets allows you to use the buckle at angles greater than 45 degree angle allowed when the buckle is mounted flat. Rated at 5,000 lb./pair. S-hook adapters (PART NO. 40-7417) and floor mount bracket (PART NO. 40-7418) rated at 2,500 lb. each.
