Bostrom Racing Gild Series High Mount Race Core Slip-On Stainless Steel Muffler: Manufacturer part # p4400814 - Endorsed by two top street-racing brothers, Bostrom Racings Gild series slip-ons are the result of extensive track and R&D testing and are tuned to work perfectly with your bikes stock fuel curve/mapping. State-of-the-art design features stainless steel mid-pipes and show-quality polished stainless steel muffler shells, end caps and tips. 2.5" diameter outlet tips have an aggressive 55 deg. slash-cut that screams MotoGP and/or Stunter styling. Muffler shells are extremely lightweight and robotically welded for a seamless fit. 6061 T-6 aluminum billet end caps are CNC-machined from solid material to exacting tolerances. Components are so precisely machined and assembled, that they require only four stainless steel button head screws on each end to secure them. Exit caps are stylishly milled with the Boz Brothers "B" logo and tribal etching. Slip-ons has a racing core and is packed exclusively with long-lasting Silent Sport Premium from Germany. Racing cores feature 15" L muffler shells and 2.5" low-percentage perforated cores for maximum flow and aggressive exhaust tone; most average 85-88 dB at idle; 97-100 dB at 5000 rpm (tested statically at 20", 45 deg.).
