H49374 Mid USA Custom Horsehose Oil Tank: Manufacturer part # 86067 - 3 1/2 quart side-fill horseshoe oil tank has been redesigned to incorporate a spin-on oil filter. Returned oil is routed through the filter and dumped into the left side of the tank away from the feed side. Tank is completely welded and allows easy access to the battery area. Includes fill plug, drain plug and filter. Fits FL, FX and FXE 4-speed models 65-83 with swingarm frames.. 86067

Mid USA Round Oil Tank for Custom Use 492629: Manufacturer part # 86082 - These tanks feature our exclusive oil return routing system. The internal oil return tube is extend allowing it to dump the hot returned engine oil to the far left side of the oil tank. This keeps the returned oil as far away from the feed line, creating an efficient circulating effect.. Lower left hand relief for use with a chain or belt rear drive. The domed side tank measures 12 1/2" long with a Center fill. Tank bodies measure 6 1/2" O.D.. Made from 16 gauge steel to resist cracking. 100% TIG welded for maximum strength. Includes heavy duty front mount and fill plug. Use with Softail size battery and OE style rear tank mount. Uses 1/8-27 NPT fittings for vent, return and feed lines, and 1/4-18 NPT fittings for oil drain.
