Drag Specialties Custom Frame Side Panels for use W/O Passenger Floorboards or Pegs: Manufacturer part # p506093 - Panels add a full-bodied look to the sides of the bike. Replace OEM side covers and fill-in around the front of the saddlebags. Provide a great area to continue the paint scheme. Panels are available with a cutout to fit with the OEM passenger floorboards and mounts or smooth for use with no passenger floorboards or pegs. Made from paintable formed ABS plastic; easy to trim or form if needed. Must be used in conjunction with Carlini floater bars H25-1437 or the H-D OEM saddlebag support kit #46565-04 (purchased separately). Requires drilling and tapping the frame. Made in the U.S.A.. Allows you to keep stock exhaust and saddlebags (07-08 models require saddlebag relocation kit part #507054); tourpak and backrest require OEM detachable docking hardware to properly mount. Each kit includes a wide swingarm with a 1 in. rear axle, rear fender, fender strut covers, billet aluminum primary spacers, saddlebag support, shaft extension, transmission components and all necessary brackets and hardware; kits for 07-08 models do not require replacing the transmission shaft, gear, pulley or belt. For replacement fender, order DK part no. 392837. Accepts 16 in. x 5.5 in. or 18 in. x 5.5 in. rear wheels and most tires up to 200mm wide. Models with 18 in. rear wheel require the OEM brake caliper; models with 16 in. rear wheel require a smaller custom brake caliper.
