H66024 S&S Big Bore Engine Case: Manufacturer part # 310077 - Each case is cast from A356-T6 heat-treated aluminum alloy. For big bore 3 5/8 in. motors for any stroke up to and including 5 in. and most stock length connecting rods. Designed to accept an oil filter assembly that mounts on the front of stock motor cases. All races are line-honed and breather cavity is precision machined to optimize breather timing for maximum oil scavenging. Also included are crankcase bolts, washers and nuts, cylinder mounting studs, timing hole plug, magnetic drain plug, assorted breather and oil line fittings, oil pressure switch (evolution cases), oil screen, spring and plug, sprocket shaft Timken bearing assembly and oil seal, pinion shaft main bearing race, cam needle bearing assembly, oil pump drive shaft bushing. S&S 36-47 Super Stock Generator Engine Cases 148902: Manufacturer part # 310006 - Cast from 357 T-6 heat-treated aluminum alloy, these cases include crankcase bolts, washers and nuts, cylinder mounting studs, timing hole plug, magnetic drain plug, assorted breather and oil line fittings, top end oil screen spring and plug, sprocket shaft Timken bearing assembly, oil seal, pinion shaft main bearing race, cam needle bearing assembly, oil pump shaft bushings and installation instructions. Use Timken-style sprocket shaft bearings and 58 and later pinion bearings -- will not accept 57 and earlier flywheels. Bearing races are all line honed. Breather cavity is precision machined to optimize breather timing for maximum oil scavenging. Machined for 3 7/16 in. cylinders. Tapped 1/4 in.-20 for gear covers, oil pump, tappet guides, timer and timer advance. Drilled for 5/16 in. generator mounting bolts.
