Mid USA Round Center Fill Chrome-Plated Oil Tank: Manufacturer part # 86074 - Rubber-mounted 3.5 quart chromed steel oil tanks fit all Hard Body Fat-A-Tude, chopper-style and rigid frames. Also fit OE Softail frames 84-99 if a front horseshoe-type mount is fabricated and welded to the seat post. Available with a center or side fill cap. Manufactured from 16 gauge steel to resist cracking; TIG welded for maximum strength. Each tank includes a heavy-duty front mount and chrome fill plug. Extended internal oil return tube dumps the hot returned engine oil to the far left side of the tank to keep it away from the feed line and improve the circulating effect. Lower left is relieved for use with chain or belt drive Tanks measure 11 3/4 in. L x 6 1/2 in. O.D.. Battery tray uses a Softail-size battery.
