Replaces OEM #31458-66TA. Great for high-compression (up to 15:1) engines. Compact design -- body measures 4 1/2 in. L (the OE Prestolite body measures 6 in. L. Mounting end is CNC-machined from billet aluminum for maximum strength; does not require a tail support like the OE starter. Include concealed mounting bolts and instructions. Great for high compression applications, this kit features our chrome-plated U.S.A.-made PowerMaster starter motor with 1.4 kW high torque output. American Motorcycle Hardware brand chrome-plated regulator/rectifier and unmolded stator are made in the U.S.A.. Kit includes Mid-USA's new alternator rotor; rotor features 12 fully encased magnets to match the number of laminated windings on the stator. Rotor's steel housing is fully machined for perfect concentricity and the inner and outer washer is integrated into the housing with a full complement spline and an extra-wide splined mount. Rotor's washer/housing configuration produces a spline with a .075 in. thick inside integrated washer and a .220 in. thick outside integrated washer with an overall width of .470 in. as opposed to the OEM thickness of .187 in.. Rotor replaces OEM NOS. 29957-81B & 29957-85A. Order starter jackshaft assembly PART NO. Speeds Performance Plus Spark Plug Wire Set 201339: Manufacturer part # SPC1HP40 - 8mm plus available in High Performance. 40 ohms of resistance per foot, which gives the highest spark energy transfer and the highest EMI / RFI suppression. Kevlar core center, with a Nickel Copper Alloy conductor wire, which is wound 124 times per inch. This type of center conductor is a slightly smaller diameter allowing for an increased amount of premium EPDM insulation material. The use of Kevlar produces a core that has 4 times the strength of other aramid fiber cores resulting in a very high tensile strength from a small diameter. The insulated core is braided with high strength fiberglass strand for improved resistance to terminal pull off. The jacket is a high quality silicone product resisting temperatures to 600 degrees. Highest quality silicone spark plug boots and coil boots. Posi-snap lock stainless steel spring clip terminals.
