BBR Motorsports D-Section R Header Only: Manufacturer part # 212-HCF-1602 - For those of you who want it all. BBR offers the ultimate D-Section R and RT Combo exhaust system. The heart of this system is the thin-wall stainless tail section with 6061 T-6 aluminum can with billet mounting bracket and signature BBR billet end cap. Large volume D-section provides greater tire clearance and greater packing volume. Full combo system comes with two thin-wall stainless steel headers: (1) the R header produces incredible power in mid to high RPM range, and (2) the RT header delivers hard-hitting power in the bottom and mid RPM range. BBR raises the bar with its innovative precision-machined slip joint connecting the header to the tail section. Increased surface area on this joint creates a better seal and a solid connection. Slip joint is machined from stainless steel that provides a precise fit that makes it easier to change headers. Run your R header for outdoor motocross or desert rides and switch it out to the RT header for the tight indoor Supercross track or woodsy trail ride. Another BBR innovation is the quick-change tuning inserts that give greater control of the sound and power characteristics. Quick-change inserts provide three different sound settings to match your riding style and help meet local noise regulations.
