Accessory kits include necessary pieces (such as shift rods) so you can install a DQS system without having to fabricate custom parts. Plugs into expansion port on Power Commander III USB module; no cutting or splicing of bikes wiring harness required. Included software lets you adjust amount of engine kill time and minimum engine operating rpm (keeps system from activating at too low of an rpm, such as low-speed road riding) Ideal for club racers, track day riders or even aggressive street riders. Bike-specific applications are designed for stock footrest assemblies using normal street-pattern shifting. Sensor and shift rod must be purchased separately. NOTE: The shift rod isnt required for the following models: Ducati Superbike 749/S 03-05, and the Ducati Superbike 999 03-05 NOTE: Your bike must have a Power Commander III USB module installed in order to use a Quick Shifter.
