Harley-Davidson > Forward Controls & Pegs > Footpegs & Hardware: Kuryakyn Small ISO-Pegs with Clevis & 1 in. Clamps 8030
Manufacturer: Kuryakyn
Dennis Kirk Part #: 505506
Kuryakyn Small ISO-Pegs with Clevis & 1 in. Clamps: Manufacturer part # 8030 - U.S. Pat # Des 411,440 This is our most popular style of highway pegs. Using our patented Magnum Quick Clamp, they are a snap to install and provide long-haul comfort. These can be installed on any round tubing (frames or engine guards), but it is important to keep in mind that the footpeg itself will end up perpendicular to the bar to which it is mounted. If your engine guard is angled in such a way so that the peg will not be level once installed, check out our adapter w/adjustable stop P/N 50-5503. Helpful Hint: If you are unsure of the diameter of the tubing on which you would like to install the highway pegs and do not have a dial at your disposal, here is an easy way to figure it out. You will need a piece of heavy paper or cardboard, a ruler, a pencil, and a scissors. Use the pencil and ruler to make to marks on the edge of the paper 1 in. apart. Take the scissors and cut lines perpendicular to the edge of the paper at the marks you just made. Fold the resulting flap of paper out of the way. Next, take the piece of paper to the bike and check to see if the tubing will slip into the opening you've made in the edge of the paper. If the opening is too small, repeat the procedure enlarging the opening to 1-1/8, 1-1/4, 1.35, 1-1/2 until you find one that will fit.. 8030
