Muffler shells are extremely lightweight and robotically welded for a seamless fit. 6061 T-6 aluminum billet end caps are CNC-machined from solid material to exacting tolerances. Components are so precisely machined and assembled, that they require only four stainless steel button head screws on each end to secure them. Exit caps are stylishly milled with the Boz Brothers "B" logo and tribal etching. Slip-on has a street core and is packed exclusively with long-lasting Silent Sport Premium from Germany. Racing cores feature 15 in. L muffler shells and 2 1/2 in. low-percentage perforated cores for maximum flow and aggressive exhaust tone; most average 85-88 dB at idle; 97-100 dB at 5000 rpm (tested statically at 20 in. , 45 deg.).
