Zipper's Cycle Thundermax Nitrous Assist Dry System 165102: Manufacturer part # 109210 - Install this kit along with the ThunderMax ECM (sold separately) to add up to 30 horsepower in 30 minutes. Designed for use with stock Twin Cam 88in., 95in. and 96in. engines. Kit is delivered 95% prebuilt and ready to install; no bulky fuel pumps, fuel lines, or sandwich plates required; includes a special high-flow air cleaner backplate that houses the nitrous solenoid, spray nozzle and arming switch for a clean and simple installation. ThunderMax dry system works with the ThunderMax ECM to deliver the extra fuel required through the fuel-injection system whenever nitrous is activated unlike bulky, hard-to-install ?wet? systems that can require a second outlet from the gas tank and a pump to supply the required pressure. Choose a bracket to fit the nitrous bottle to the frame downtube of your Softail, Dyna or FL model; a single line runs from the nitrous tank to the solenoid on the air cleaner backplate. After you hit the arming switch, the ThunderMax ECM activates the nitrous and extra fuel as required by bike speed, RPM and throttle opening. Compatible with ThunderMax open or closed loop systems.
